Bilingual Investigation, Mediation and Arbitration Services

Before becoming an adjudicator, Annie was counsel for the Ontario Nurses’ Association for 10 years, where she acted in countless mediations, labour arbitrations and proceedings before the Ontario Labour Relations Board. She was then appointed as a Vice-Chair of the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, where she mediated and adjudicated hundreds of employment-related cases. Annie has experience crafting creative resolutions to workplace disputes, assisting parties with case-management and conducting complex hearings. 

Annie is a graduate of the University of Ottawa (LL.L., LL.B) and Cornell University (LL.M.).  She is a regular presenter at Lancaster House conferences.
